It just shows how strong a performer Sam is... No stage, no sound equipment, no lights, no band, or back-up singers/dancers. Only a PA system echoing with all that distortion. Her voice still sounds great.

I say that she´s the second Celine Dion. And Celine Dion is such level (meta), which - in addition to Sam - reaches perhaps none.

EVERY note on point on a freezing day with nothing but a microphone. I dont think people understand how amazing she is to sound like this in these conditions. even some of the most popular and good singers need a bit of editing to their voices, but not her, and its amazing

that was the first thing on my mind when i saw a grey cloud coming out of her mouth... wow must of been really cold... it is very tricky to perform under such conditions.. She is amazing!

She is a natural with a powerful and beautiful voice..not many performers can pull that off....all the power to you Mrs.Bailey ..wow

This woman I ... she is too phenomenal and amazing and incredibly talented. I'm so proud of her.

Iam always in tears whenever I hear her voice . SO BEAUTIFUL!

McTagh1 I saw her live and she went through the crowds and she had her hand out and i learnt forward to give her a high-five and I didn’t want to wash my hand again 😭 and then when she went back on stage she blew a kiss to me which I knew was to me as of where I was sat. I was 12 don’t judge... okay judge😂& she’s incredible haha I was trying to say she doesn’t understand how Good she really is and it’s sad :) and I’m blown away each time I hear her vocal range 😊

this girl is just unreal. Amazing singer. The funky acoustics of an outdoor stadium in freezing cold....and still just CRUSHES it. I am in awe of her talent.

And then a year later Leicester climbed that Skyscraper called the Premier League. Fantastic achievement. And Sam is just a natural. Performed this in Freezing Cold in December with nothing but instrumental played on PA and a mic and sang it Pitch perfect just as she did on the X-Factor and in the studio. She has the voice of an angel and one of the best vocal controls I have ever heard. Cannot wait to hear her next album!

I absolutely loved this. How cool was that?... Congrats on your win from the western USA...I followed you thru the entire competition, and although there was lots of talent on the show, knew you had it hands down. You have one amazing voice Sam.

A phenomenal singer like Sam can sing live and recording pretty much the same. It's so wonderful to see singers who can do that. Not very many of them out there. I listened to her recording and her live performances and I am not disappointed at all. Amazing!

Great performance especially live in front of 32,500 people and it looked bloody cold too, I am not into X Factor at all but since I heard there was a woman who had a great voice on there i kept tabs on her and was so glad she won, and best of all she is one of our own Leicester's Finest, well done Sam :)

Yes it was Ben Haenow I was on about and yes flur was much better than him .!!! A fix ? Most probably as we all know how corrupt these shows can be !!! I'm a Leicester lad and backed Sam Bailey from the start based on her audition and not because she was from Leicester . She blew everyone away week on week out !! So when ppl say she's not a worthy winner then who is ??? I'd assume you would agree with that ? :). Leona Lewis was a worthy winner too but the rest were to me average joes .!!! ... Everyone has there own preferences and that's fair enough !! To me Sam has been one of the best since the show started and every year worthy winners go out too early and the ones who I personally think are big standard always seem to further in the competition !! I'll shut up now as I've babbled on too much :)

Yes I agree with you, Sam and Leona are really the only two official winners who stick out in the whole of X Factor UK, although I also love Stacey Solomon to absolute BITS! :D I also tipped both Sam (2013) and Leona (2006) to win outright from the audition stages, although I did also include Stacey in that (2009 - 3rd) - oh well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad (wasn't able to commit anywhere near as early on for any other year, mind)...
